Course booking – Multi Pitch Trad Climbing – Melbourne Climbing School

This is a two or four-day course.

The two-day course is designed to teach existing trad lead climbers how to use their skills to transition safely and efficiently when climbing multi-pitch climbs. We cover logistics, whole-climb-preparation, fast lead-swapping, adjustments to the anchor system and retreat scenarios.

The four-day course includes the content covered in the Single Pitch Trad course and takes you all the way through to climbing multi-pitch terrain. A “Lead-pass” or ability to lead-belay (which is different from top-rope belaying) is a pre-requisite for attending the 4 day course.

For all of the courses, we have equipment available for you to use. If you have a harness that is a bonus but we even have those!
